We provide direct pick-up/drop services using trusted local drivers from NJP Railway
Station, Siliguri Junction, or Bagdogra Airport (IXB). You can request taxi transit
assistance directly during checkout or by messaging us via WhatsApp.
We offer a flexible booking modification policy. If you cancel at least 7 days before
your scheduled check-in, we will refund the initial booking amount or hold it as store
credits for any future stay bookings within 12 months.
